Features and Benefits:
The features and benefits offered by GSA Schedule 84 are as follows:

• The multiple award schedule is an ID/IQ contract providing the full range of SIN 426-4F Emergency Preparedness and First Responder Equipment, Training, and Services for all federal, state and local departments and agencies.
• The Local Preparedness Acquisition Act, signed June 26, 2008, authorizes state and local governments to purchase from GSA.

The pricing on the Schedule 84 includes a .75% Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) which the contractor will pay to GSA FSS. The period of performance for this contract is five (5) years with three five (5) year options (April 1, 2009 through March 31, 2014 is the base period). The geographic coverage is as specified in the individual task orders. Types of orders are firm-fixed price or time-and-materials.

Getting Started:
Step-by-step GSA Schedule task support:

1. Customer consults with Tactical Survey Group to develop the Statement of Work (SOW) and provides it to the Contracting Office Technical Representative/Contracting Office Representative (COTR/COR).
2. COTR/COR reviews documentation and forwards with funding documents to Contracting Office.
3. Contracting Office requests quote from TSG.
4. Tactical Survey Group provides quote - and technical proposal, if applicable - to Contracting Office for evaluation and award.
5. Contracting Office awards and distributes documentation.
